Transaction Tracker

This update to Payper’s merchant dashboard serves to combine previously separate tools; a transaction tracker, customer service, and a fraud-checking.

Speaking with the Sales team and Compliance teams highlighted which features merchants use most often, and sitting in while the CS team resolved tickets revealed which are detrimental to have easy access to.

Design Details

Functional features carried over, but the page was given a major facelift. I aimed to show important details subtly and clearly through colour, spacing and iconography, giving users an at-a-glance understanding before delving into tickets.

Service Prototype

This interactive page demonstrates the simple actions most commonly taken by merchants investigating an individual transaction.
